Updating the minimum increment field does not seem to reflect on the invoice for support time

Symptoms
Updating the minimum increment field under Support Desks does not seem to reflect on the invoices. 
 


 

Reason
The main reason for this is that we do not know why or when the minimum billing increment will be changed. Should a company chose to change this we would not want previous values to be reflected with the changes, as this would overwrite the original value and rules would verify from company to company. 

Resolution
To have the existing time invoiced as .25 minutes I would have the time approver reject the time entered and have the user enter the time again for approval. My understanding is that at this time the invoicing will then recognize the new minimum increment that was entered and thus be reflected as you would like. All records moving forward should reflect this change as well.
