Error: There are no working days between the Planned Start and Finish dates when adding a task assignment

The message being generated is a result of the resource being assigned to the task that has no working days between the assignment planned start/finish.

To verify, add 'fiscal periods' to the view and look at the daily amounts in the Project Worksheet.

You would see that every day is grey between those dates. It could be because the resource is not activated (assigned to a workgroup) after the task start/finish dates and there are no working days before the resource's activation date or after the resources termination date.
