Resource is not able to see workgroups in Resource Management Worksheet (2014 SP2)

Project Worksheet (PW) and Resource Management Worksheet (RMW) referenced in this article are based on Silverlight technology and are no longer available as of Changepoint 2020

SYMPTOMS:
Resource is not able to see workgroups in Resource Management Worksheet, althout the user is able to access resources under these workgroups in different areas of the application.

REASON:
The resource was not selected as a resource manager for the workgroups.

RESOLUTION:
Make sure that the resource is selected as a resource manager for the workgroups. In other words, either of the following conditions must be true:

1- the resource is selected in "Resource managers for this workgroup,..." list,

2- the resource has one of the roles that are selected in "Roles required to be resource manager for this workgroup..." list
