Is it possible to converts attachments stored in the database as blob into a file system?

Unfortunately, this functionality is not currently available in Changepoint. As an alternative, you can store the files elsewhere (e.g. in a sharepoint site or shared folder) and reference the link to the Changepoint knowledge item instead of uploading the attachment into Changepoint.
