Problem to upload an attachment/document

Question
When you save an attachment to a knowledge item, it seems to save and gives no message that it doesn't. However it does not show up in the folder. 

 


 

Answer
The size of the attachment exceeds the allowable limit set in System Manager for the workgroup that the person saving belongs to.
To resolve this go to System Manager / User Setup / Global Workgroups where it says Maximum size of attachments. Max is 40mb.
