Session time-outs

SYMPTOMS:
Users get message that their session is no longer active. Even when they are actively working and only stop for a minute.

REASON:
When they have their laptop set to go into sleep mode whenever they have been inactive on the computer for a couple minutes, this will cause the Changepoint session to be no longer active.

RESOLUTION:
When a user has an active Changepoint session going, Changepoint gives out a 'heartbeat' to the server to tell the server that the session is still active. The user does not have to be doing anything in Changepoint, but the heartbeat needs to be able to reach the server. If the heartbeat cannot reach the server, the session will be rendered inactive.
One thing that will drop the session is having the computer go into sleep mode. When they come back and take it out of sleep mode the session will appear to be active, however when they attempt to save or navigate to another screen they will get the session no longer active message.
