SYMPTOMS

When opening the dialog for managing preferred resources, all users get an error message.

ERROR

Error loading preferred resources.

 

RESOLUTION

Make sure the AppFabric server is up and running and can be reached over the network.

The following PowerShell command can be used to check connectivity:

Test-NetConnection SERVERNAME -port 22233
