QUESTION:

If Billing office workgroup access is on production but not on the master, will the Transport Tool remove the workgroup access?

ANSWER:


If the Billing office workgroup access is set through Billing Office access tab, these are not transferred hence there will be no impact.

If the access is set in the Project Plan editor list and the workgroup access, then user would receive a conflict saying there are records that exist in the Target that are not in the Master, but it would not remove workgroup access.
