Where can we add engagement category values?

To add new values to Engagement category field, please go to

- In System Manager / Changepoint Administration

- User Interface

- Configurable field values

- Choose a level in your workgroup hierarchy

- Choose "Customer Lookup" as Category

- Choose as Code Type: "Engagement Category / LineOfBusiness"

You can now add new values.
