Drop-down values missing for entity-based configurable field

By default, all data in Changepoint is checked to ensure that only the data that a resource has the access rights to view and/or edit is displayed. This default behavior applies to configurable fields that are based on entities (for example, resources, projects, requests, and so on). Therefore, only the values that the signed-in resource has access to will be displayed in the drop-down list for the configurable field.

If you want all resources to be able to select any of the values for an entity-based configurable field, you can disable the access checks by clearing the "Enable access check for search" check in the Entity-based Settings section of the Configurable Field Settings view (Changepoint Administration > User Interface > Configurable Field Settings).
