Disable email notification "Warning: the resource is underutilized"

We would like to disable the email notifications with the following subject "Warning: the resource is underutilized". How to do that?

 

1. Disabling the template completely (both Resource on bench & resource overloaded email templates)
2. Under the User Preferences, uncheck the checkbox for both of the associated Email Notifications associated with the templates mentioned in point #1.
