Time approval screen shows gray and non selectable time entries

Symptoms
A time approver sees time entries in the approval screen that are grey and that cannot be selected for approval. Is this correct?

 

 

Resolution
This is correct. The time approval screen shows:

  • Time entries that the user has to approve.
  • Time entries of resources having this user as resource level time approver. If the current approval step involves a different approver and not the current user, these time entries are displayed in gray and disabled and cannot be selected for approval.
