Why is the expense revenue not recognized at all or not to the revenue accounts configured in the engagement?

 

Answer
The revenue accounts selected on the engagement are for time only. Revenue accounts for expenses are specified for the expense category, or a default value can be specified at system level in Changepoint Administration - Finance - Revenue Type GL Account Codes.

If no value is configured at all, i.e. not for the expense category and not at system level then the expense revenue is not recognized at all.
