What is the purpose of the emailauditnotification table?

The EmailAuditNotification table is used for creating non out of the box email notifications. Once a notification is created, based on its parameters, it will move to this table. If the EmailAuditNotification service is run, it will then move the record from this table to the EmailQueue table to be sent out as an email.
