V2012 Resource demand tab is missing in some requests

QUESTION

In some requests the resource demand tab has gone missing, although it has been there before. What can have caused this change?

 

ANSWER

This happens when the request type is no longer available to enterprise users in the engagement request processing rules. In order to be able to fully use this request type, please enable it for enterprise users.
