Why the Changepoint Excel Expenses section does not appear under Preferences?

 

Answer
The Changepoint Excel Expenses add-in uses Changepoint WCF API as the interface between Excel and Changepoint, so Changepoint WCF API is a requirement for it. This is further detailed in the Changepoint Product Architecture and Technology Matrix document.

Install the Changepoint API and set the Changepoint API URL in the Server Integration administration page.
