Cannot display invoices tab on customer profile

Symptoms

It is not possible to expand the invoices-tab for a customer that has many invoices (>3000). After some waiting, an error 500 is displayed.


Resolution

On the web server, open the IIS Manager and on the Enterprise web site, go to ASP - limits properties - script time out. The default value is 01:30 (=90 seconds). Please increase this value, e.g. to 05:00 (= 300 seconds).

Note: This concerns the old style customer profile (not card layout).
