Some tasks do not appear in the time sheet

Symptoms
For some users, certain tasks do not appear in their time sheet for entering time. The missing tasks are neither locked nor completed.

 

 

Resolution
Changepoint 2014

Check if the tasks are summary tasks. Summary tasks do not appear on the time sheet and time cannot be entered for them. 

Changepoint 2017

Starting with the 18.00.127.000 general patch, time entry on summary tasks has been enabled.

However, this functionality can be disabled by the administrator by using the stored procedure 'LockAssignmentFromSummaryTask'. For more information, see the release notes for the 18.00.127.000 general patch.
