Limiting the dropdown list of clients per user when creating requests

QUESTION:
Is it possible to limit the clients that drop down for the list on a per user basis? For example if I were to go put in a new Request can the dropdown that pops up for the client field be limited to 3 clients, while another user trying to put in a new request can see 4 different clients?

ANSWER:
Here are ways one can do this from the frontend:

Option 1
1) The administrator can go into the Client’s profile, click on Actions > Edit
2) Go to the Access Tab
3) From the Preferred Resources list, add the preferred Resources to the left and make sure to check the box “Allow only the following users to access this Client profile”

*Please note that with this option, Client may not be available for selection when creating Engagements, projects and so on if the user is not selected to be on the access list. Also anything currently created under that client might be invisible for the rest of the organization.

Option 2
1) Create a new Access Role(s) that will be available to Group 1, Group 2 and so on.
2) In Request Management > Operations Center, set view/edit access with the roles created above for the different Operation centers
3) Now in Changepoint-Enterprise, use the proper Operation Center on Initiatives so if Group 1 has to see Client 1 and Client 2, then those 2 clients have to have Initiatives created with Operation Center to which their Role has access to.
