Logon attempts exceeded error

SYMPTOMS:
We have an associate who is unable to login. They keep getting the following:
How would one go about resolving this issue?


ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:
"You have exceeded the number of logon attempts allowed by the system. Please contact your System Administrator"


REASON:
If a resource exceeds the allowed number of sign in attempts, their account is locked and they can no longer sign in



RESOLUTION:
Unlock the user account from Administration, User setup.
By clicking on Actions and selecting the “unlock logon” option.

Note: 'Unlock Logon' option only appears when user account is locked.
