Export publishing: Some columns are blank in the generated output file

SYMPTOMS

An export publishing schedule has been setup and it is processing data. The expected text file is generated. But in some of the columns there is no data.

RESOLUTION

Please check the mapping file to be sure that the column names match the export XML. Also, be aware that column names are case sensitive.
