Access Problem after restoring PROD environment to TEST/DEV

SYMPTOM:
Access problem occurs after restoring PROD environment in TEST/DEV.

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGE:
Password is incorrect


REASON:
SSO is being used in PROD but not in TEST/DEV environment.

RESOLUTION:
SSO information in PROD has to be updated (removed) from user setting before creating the restoration DB or setting up same SSO environment in TEST/DEV is required.
