Question
When using exchange server with Changepoint integration (one way only: Changepoint to Outlook), will a calendar entry entered manually in Changepoint be editable in Outlook?
If it is editable, will the updates stick or will they be overwritten the next time the integration runs?

Answer
If an appointment is changed in Changepoint, this will be synched back to outlook. The same change in outlook will be overwritten by changes from Changepoint. Changes on appointment which is from CP in outlook will not be overwritten in next synchronization unless user makes some changes to the appointment in Changepoint.
