QUESTION:
Is there a way to limit access to a resource so that they do not see the other resources from other workgroups?

ANSWER:
There is no support for workgroup access on the 'resources' tree-view or to assign resources. In other words, there is no way to limit access to a resource so that they do not see the other resources from other workgroups.

Also there is no target release to add that functionality. The customer can consider customization if it's important to them.
