Unable to change Engagement status

Symptoms

When trying to set the Engagement to any status I get the following error message.

Error/warning messages
You do not have the role required to define the Engagement status.
Please contact your System Administrator.


Reason

User was not assigned to the engagement status role


 

Resolution

Checked the roles assigned to the status in System Manager – Financial management – Billing Office – Workflow
Then grant user access to the roles assigned to the engagement status
