The transition from one workflow status to another one does not start automatically

By default, a transition from one workflow status to another one does not start automatically.

The workflow administrator must configure the transition to start automatically.

1. Right-click the status and then select State Configuration.
2. Click the Transition tab.
3. Select the transition (New Package in this example). 
4. Click Save without specifying any conditions.
