After upgrading, a user sometimes cannot log into Changepoint

Symptoms

Having upgraded Changepoint (on a new server) sometimes users complain they cannot connect.

 


Resolution

Sometimes users where accessing Changepoint through their favorite hyperlinks stored in their browser that are still pointing to the URL of the old system.

Make sure always to connect to the right Changepoint URL, especially when the product or the servers have been changed or upgraded.
