Knowledge documents are not visible and not found via search

Question
I am searching for some knowledge items but I cannot find them. Some of my colleagues do find them using the same search criteria, is there anything else taken into account when searching?

 


 

Answer
The knowledge item might be linked to a Changepoint entity like engagement or project. In that case, you must have access to this entity. Otherwise, you will not be able to access the knowledge item.
