To create the "Send email" action in Intelligent Forms without sending the output document
- Follow the instructions in the following article up to step 9:

Go to Action Documents > Custom.

Select "None" for Document, and then save.
NOTE
The "Send email" action uses SMTP, which is not installed on hosted (SaaS) environments. Customers on hosted environments can instead create an email template and then call a custom stored procedure to insert rows into EmailQueue table so that emails are sent as regular Changepoint emails
