Cannot launch user administration from system manager v2012
Symptoms
Some pages in Changepoint work and some do not. The ASPX pages workz but not the ASP pages.
Example: Most parts of System Manager work (aspx pages) but not user management (the user tree view is an asp page).
Error/warning messages
No error messages at all in IIS or eventlog.
Reason
Syntax Error in global.asa. This causes the ASP engine to fail before any error can be raised.
Resolution
Check global.asa for syntax errors, like missing quotes or double quotes. This can happen e.g. when editing the file to specify the cache names for AppFabric.
