Issue with fixed fee time not showing for invoice selection

Use the following steps for the time to appear that are not showing as fixed fee when creating the invoice:

1. Edit the task
2. Uncheck the “Billed to fixed-fee portion of the Engagement” checkbox
3. Click Actions Save.
4. Then check the box beside “Billed to fixed-fee portion of the Engagement” again.
The following message will appear:
“If you make this change, all unbilled time entries entered for this task will be invoiced to the associated fixed-fee item.
5. Click OK
6. Add the fixed fee from the drop down list.
7. Click Actions Save.
8. Then run the “Update time rates” job.
