Some reports are not returning data
Access checking is performed when a report is run and therefore reports display only the data that the user who is running the report has access to.
To resolve this problem, do the following:
- Review the report to determine the data that is not being returned.
- Verify the access requirements for the data in the Security Access Reference Guide for the Changepoint version.
- If required, you can then assign the appropriate security features to the user's account.
