Some reports are not returning data

Access checking is performed when a report is run and therefore reports display only the data that the user who is running the report has access to.

To resolve this problem, do the following:

  1. Review the report to determine the data that is not being returned.
  2. Verify the access requirements for the data in the Security Access Reference Guide for the Changepoint version.
  3. If required, you can then assign the appropriate security features to the user's account.
