After changing a notification definition, email notifications are not working

There is a known issue in Changepoint Administration for CP 2014 and CP 2017. When an notification is edited, an internal flag might be set incorrectly, which results in the notification service stopping processing.

Please check the general patches that are available for your Changepoint version for the fixed issue.

Workaround
  1. For each notification, for each expression, click on the expression to select it and then save the expression.
  2. After all expressions for a notification have been resaved, save the notification and proceed with the next notification.

Note: You must follow this procedure for all expressions of all notifications, not only for the notification that doesn't work.
