SYMPTOMS

Cognos had been disabled on one environment and now it should be enabled again. The Cognos service has been started, but there is no Cognos menu in Changepoint. Also, there is no warning that Cognos is unavailable.


RESOLUTION

The Cognos integration is enabled in system management - server integration. Once enabled, either the Cognos menu or the warning about Cognos unavailability is displayed on top of the Changepoint window.
