Custom Report designer loading issue (CP 2010)

SYMPTOMS
All Custom report designer reports are loading with issues with column headers and data. Changepoint out of the box reports are fine.

RESOLUTION
Run the RDUpgrade.exe utility to enable the new table controls for version 2010.

The path to the Report Upgrade Utility is:
C:\Program Files\Changepoint\Upgrade\Report Upgrade Utility\RDUpgrade.exe
This utility must be run from the command line. At the command line prompt, enter:
RDUpgrade.exe server= database= userid= password=
where
• is the DSN or IP address of the Changepoint database server.
• is the Changepoint database name.
• is the user ID for logging into the Changepoint database.
• is the clear text password for logging into the Changepoint database.
