If the option to allow project plan editors to take ownership of the project has been enabled on the project, then any project plan editor for the project can transfer the project to themselves from the Actions menu in the project profile.
The project manager can reassign the project in the Access tab of the project by right-clicking the name of a project plan editor.
In Changepoint Administration > Tools > Transfer Records, the Changepoint administrator can transfer one or more projects from one project manager to another project manager.
