Custom field group headers

Question
Is it possible to provide a description of a custom field section to the end user, to help filling in the right field values?

Answer
Yes this is possible. To do so, go to system management - user interface - custom field layout. Then, after selecting a field section in the tree view on the left side, scroll down to the bottom on the right side. There is a section 'Group Header' where a description for the end users can be provided.
