V2014 Can log into Enterprise but not into mobile

SYMPTOMS

There are users that can log into Changepoint Enterprise, but when trying to connect to mobile, it fails with 'invalid username / password'. This happens for both the mobile application and the mobile website.


RESOLUTION

This might be related to the field resource.signature. This is an encrypted field that is verified when connecting to the mobile application / website but not when connecting to Changepoint Enterprise.

When this problem is observed, and if the field resource.license is 1 please set it to 0 and try again. Attention, there is also a second field called resource.licensed (with d at the end),  do not change that one.

If this doesn't solve the issue, please contact customer support. As the signature field is an encrypted value, this needs special internal tools to be investigated further.
