Cannot download and install Silverlight

Symptoms

When accessing the project worksheet or the resource management worksheet, a Microsoft popup asks me to install a (new) version of Silverlight. However, when accepting to download and install, nothing happens.

Resolution

Please check the browser settings to make sure that the Microsoft site you're downloading from is not blocked.

Additional Notes

Meanwhile Chrome, Edge, Firefox...etc do not support Silverlight at all. If you absolutely need to use Silverlight, please use IE. The preferred solution is however to use a newer version of Changepoint and the new project / resource planner that do not require Silverlight at all.
