Report Scheduler Service Memory Issue

SYMPTOMS:
We have a very large report that tries to schedule through report scheduler. The reportscheduler.exe took too much memory and brought the web server down. We understand that we can use filter or schedule the report after business hours. We want to know if user schedule a big report to run, is there anything we can setup to prevent system from going down?

This is related to large volume of data on the report.
