Error "Missing or invalid tax type" when editing an expense

What means the error "Missing or invalid tax type" when editing an expense?

 

Answer
You cannot edit an expense when the expense has been rejected and the task assignments are locked. 

However, the error message "Missing or invalid tax type" is incorrect. It should be "The expense is not editable". This has been acknowledged as a defect and will be fixed in a future release.
