How does locking a task in MSP impacts Changepoint?

Question:
After locking a task in MSP, the task continues to appear in timesheet. Why? Should the PM lock the assignment in Changepoint?

Answer:
Locking the assignment removes the task from the timesheet. Locking the task does not remove the task from the timesheet, if the assignment is not locked. Locking an assignment is also possible in MSP from the Task Usage view –> CPUsage table.
