Time has been entered but cannot be submitted

Symptoms
Users have entered time for a task and they are not able to submit.

Error/warning messages
The task [task name] is locked. Time cannot be submitted for it. Please delete the entry from the time sheet or contact your project manager to unlock the task assignment.

Reason
Project has been set to Closed status between time entered and time submitted.


Workaround
- Reset all time entries of the time sheet using the "Reset" option at the top right of the sheet.
or
- temporary change the Project status to "Active, then unlock the task assignment to submit the time sheet.

Resolution
This behavior is working as designed, Changepoint prevents to enter time entries of closed projects.
