Data source that calls a stored procedure does not work

Verify that all mandatory parameters required by the stored procedure are also mandatory in the Intelligent Forms form.

For example, there are two questions in a form: a start date (mandatory) and an end date (not mandatory) and these two values are both required by the stored procedure.

If a user sets both a start and end date, then the stored procedure will be called. If the user sets only a start date, the stored procedure will not be called.

Solution

  1. In Infiniti Manage, under the data object, click the parameter that is not mandatory (in this example, the end date).
  2. Clear the check box that specifies this is a required field, and then save.
