The following error is displayed when trying to export or download the results of a survey:

Error messages/Warnings
Server Error in '/' Application.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\CHANGEPOINT\Websites\Enterprise\temp\Xml_2016113.xml" is denied.
System.IO.__Error.WinIOError()

Resolution
Grant full access to Everyone for the "\Temp" folder under Changepoint root.
