Receiving error when passing Contacts using the Salesforce interface

SYMPTOMS
The client information is not transferring when using the Salesforce integration.

Customers come across just fine. Defined the translation files for contacts and receive the following error in the Changepoint Data Mapper error log:

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES

Message: TransactionId= 646d2429-cbb4-454b-9621-065cd0ee587a-0 Changepoint.CPWebService.Contact.CreateByXML: No Customer Id passed to Add Contact Error in ApiContact.CreateByXML for contact:


REASON
The AccountId was missing from the Salesforce Outbound Message and that was causing the issue.



RESOLUTION
Included the Account ID to the outbound message through Salesforce and the contact information successfully transferred.
