Using Outlook add-on to create request does not allow attachment

Symptoms
Unable to attach a file to request which was created by Outlook Add-ons.
The screen displays then select the request and attachment, but nothing happens when OK was clicked. No error messages on screen.

Resolution
Changepoint was integrated with Google Apps Synch with MS Outlook which is not certified application. This operation is not supported by Google Apps Synch with MS Outlook.
