Cannot edit project because MSP has been launched

It is not possible to edit an MSP-linked project in Changepoint when the project is open in Microsoft Project.

If you have verified that nobody has the project open in Microsoft Project (for example, if the message says you have launched MSP), then the lock can be released manually in Changepoint Administration.

Warning: Before releasing the lock manually, you must ensure that the project is not currently open in Microsoft Project.
