Question about temp folder for export of surveys v2017

In the installation document, under "Setting permissions on the Changepoint folders" it says:
"To allow users to export survey results, grant authenticated users Modify access to the
<cp_root>\Temp folder."

I don't see a temp folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Changepoint\Changepoint, which is our root directory, or any other folder under  C:\Program Files (x86) .

Temp folder needs to be created, it is not part of installer
