How to increase the number of allowed characters for a comment in a workflow step?

 

Answer
The comments entered by a user in a workflow step cannot be increased in Metadata in Changepoint Administration. The maximum of 255 characters is a hard-coded system limit because the field in the database table can only hold 255 characters.
